2. 로그인 완료 후 예매페이지 내에서 '멤버십 인증'을 클릭
3. 인증 팝업창에서 멤버십 ‘KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd MEMBERSHIP’, ‘BOSS BABIES KODE-1 MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) 1기’ 가입 시 기재한 멤버십 번호와 이메일 주소를 입력하여 인증 진행
* 멤버십 선예매 인증은 티켓링크 ID 한 개당 한 번만 가능합니다.
인증 완료 후에는 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며, 재인증은 불가합니다.

참여 신청한 위버스샵 가입 정보를 입력하여 멤버십 인증을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 선예매 시 티켓링크 예매자, 실제 관람자의 명의가 모두 일치해야 합니다.
현장 티켓 수령 시 예매자의 실물 신분증과 예매내역을 대조하여 실제 관람자 본인의 일치 여부를 확인할 예정입니다.
본인 확인이 되지 않으면 티켓 수령, 공연 관람이 불가 하오니, 아래 두 가지를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 이와 같은 사유로 입장이 지체되는 등 발생하는 피해에 대해서는 공연의 주최/주관사 및 예매처는 책임이 없으며 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매 시 오타/오기재 등으로 이름, 멤버십 번호를 잘 못 기재하는 경우 정정이 불가합니다. 공연 당일 지참하신 신분증 및 예매내역서의 정보가 완전히 일치해야 티켓수령 및 공연 관람이 가능하니 예매 시 반드시 유의 바랍니다.

예매번호 확인 가능한 예매내역을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

얼굴과 이름을 대조할 수 있는 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 등을 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
청소년의 경우에도 얼굴과 이름을 알 수 있는 학생증 및 여권 등으로 확인 가능합니다.
▶ 일반예매 안내
선예매 기간 이후 잔여석에 한하여 일반 예매가 진행됩니다.
- 일반예매 기간 : 2024년 9월 30일(월) 오후 8시 ~ (KST)
- 일반예매 시 티켓링크 예매자, 실제 관람자의 명의가 모두 일치해야 합니다.
현장 티켓 수령 시 예매자의 실물 신분증과 예매내역을 대조하여 실제 관람자 본인의 일치 여부를 확인할 예정입니다.

티켓배송 및 수령 안내

- 일괄 배송일 이후 예매 건은 공연 당일 현장에서 수령 가능합니다.
- 고객의 부재로 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 매표소에서 수령하셔야 합니다.
- 배송된 티켓은 온라인 예매 취소가 불가합니다.

▶ Guidelines
- This performance operates on an assigned seating basis throughout the venue.
- Membership pre-sale allows each person to purchase one ticket per show, while general ticket sales allow each person to purchase up to two tickets per show, including membership pre-sale tickets.
(For example, if you purchase tickets for all three performances during both pre-sale and general sale, you can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per ID.)
- General ticket sales will only be available for remaining seats after membership pre-sale is completed. If membership pre-sale tickets are sold out, there may be no remaining seats for general sales.
- This performance is suitable for audiences aged 7 and above. Please be cautious when making reservations. (no admission allowed for preschoolers)
- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds can only be processed through the official ticketing platform, TicketLink. After the cancellation/deadline time (including the day of the performance), no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed for any reason.
- Wheelchair seats are available for purchase only through phone reservations with the TicketLink Customer Center (1588-7890). (Available for purchase from 10:00 on October 2, 2024 (Wed))
- Wheelchair seats are spaces without chairs, designated for audience members who use wheelchairs. A maximum of 2 tickets can be reserved, including one companion. Please make a reservation for your accompanying person in advance, as they must also make reservations in order to be admitted.
- Ticket holders must bring their own physical ID and disability registration card to pick up their ticket.
- Even if you have a welfare card, you cannot purchase wheelchair seats if you do not use a wheelchair.

[Membership Verification Method]
1. Access 'TicketLink' via PC(web) or mobile and log in (Please ensure you have completed the 'TicketLink' membership registration in advance).
2. After successfully logging in, click 'Membership Verification' on the reservation page.
3. In the verification pop-up window, enter the membership number and email address that you provided when joining the ‘KIMJUNSU OFFICIAL FANCLUB COCONUT 2nd MEMBERSHIP’, ‘BOSS BABIES KODE-1 MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) 1st generation’.
* Membership pre-sale verification can only be done once per TicketLink ID.
Once verification is completed, it cannot be changed to a different ID, and re-verification is not allowed.

- Members who wish to participate in the pre-sale must complete membership verification during the verification period by entering their Weverse Shop membership information on the ticketing page for this performance within TicketLink.
- The name of the actual attendee and the membership member must match when picking up the pre-sale tickets.
- At the time of on-site ticket pickup, we will check the ticket holder’s physical ID with the reservation information to confirm that the ticket holder is the actual person who bought the ticket.
- If your identity cannot be confirmed, you will not be able to pick up your ticket or attend the performance, so please make sure to bring the following two items with you. The event organizers/sponsors and reservation agencies are not responsible for any damages caused by delays in admission due to these reasons, and tickets cannot be canceled or refunded.
- If you mistype or incorrectly enter your name and/or membership number when making a reservation on the Global Page, you will not be able to make any corrections. When making your reservation, please note that the ID card you bring must completely match the information on your reservation form in order for you to receive your ticket and attend the performance on the day of the performance.

[Accepted Valid Identification Documents with Verifiable Personal Information]
· For Korean Nationals: Resident registration card, driver's license, passport, youth card (issued by the local community center), student ID
· For Non-Korean Nationals: Passport, Certificate of Alien Registration
* All identification cards must be valid physical documents with no expired dates.
* For Korean nationals, the identification card must clearly state the photo, resident registration number, and full name, and it must be issued by a public institution.
* In the case of the issuance confirmation certificate, it must bear the personal seal of the head of the issuing authority, and personal information including the photo, issuance number, and validity period must be affixed with a transparent sticker. (Documents suspected of tampering will not be accepted.)
* Identification documents that cannot be used to verify information will not be considered valid.
* Student IDs separate from youth cards are valid only if they clearly display the photo, resident registration number, and full name.
- The responsibility for not presenting the designated identification document lies entirely with the individual, and tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the event due to failure to verify one's identity.
- In cases where tickets are purchased using someone else's ID, even if both identification and supporting documents are presented, entry is not allowed as the name of the ticket holder and the actual attendee do not match. Please make reservations under the name of the actual attendee. (Transfers among family members and purchases by direct family members are not allowed.)
- There have been many cases of suspected forgery or tampering with identification.
If there are suspicions of tampering, additional verification procedures may be conducted. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
[Ticket Delivery and Pick-Up Information]
- To prevent crowd congestion on the day of the performance, early ticket reservations will be delivered collectively.
* Collective Delivery Date: October 16, 2024 (Wednesday)
- Tickets reserved after the collective delivery date can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance.
- Tickets returned due to customer absence must be collected at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the performance.
- Shipped tickets cannot be canceled online..
Cancellations can only be processed after the TicketLink HQ receives the returned tickets and completes the return process.
- All delivered tickets, including those received through delivery, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded in cases of loss or damage. Entry and attendance will not be allowed without tickets for any reason. Please take special care to keep your tickets safe.

[一般予約の案内]
一般予約は、メンバーシップ先行予約完了後、残席に限って行われます。

‐ 一般予約のご希望な方は、必ずご本人の名義でご予約ください。
- チケットの現地受領の際、原本の身分証明書と予約内容で本人確認を行います。
- 本人確認ができなかった場合、チケットのお受け取り、公演の観覧が不可能ですので、下記の二つを必ずご持参ください。このような理由で入場が遅れるなどの被害に対しては公演の主催・主管会社及び販売先は責任を負わず、チケットのキャンセル及び払戻はできません。

予約番号の記載されている予約内容をご持参ください。
· 実物の身分証明書
顔と名前を照合できる住民登録証、運転免許証、パスポートなどをご用意ください。

[本人確認の可能な指定の有効な身分証明書]
· 韓国国籍の方 : 住民登録証、運転免許証、パスポート、青少年証(住民センターで発行)、学生証
· 韓国国籍以外の方 : パスポート、外国人登録証
* すべての身分証は、有効期間満了前の実物身分証だけ有効だと認めます。
* 韓国国籍の身分証は、写真、住民登録番号、氏名が明確に記載されており、公共機関の機関長が発行したものでなければなりません。
* 発行申請確認書の場合、必ず機関長の官印で割り印し、写真や人的事項、発行番号、有効期間は
透明シールで貼り付けられた状態でなければなりません。(捏造が疑われる場合、認められません。)
* 情報識別が不可能な身分証は有効身分証として認めません。
* 青少年証と別途で写真、住民登録番号、氏名が明確に確認が可能な学生証は有効だと認めます。
- 指定された身分証を持参されない場合、その責任はすべて本人にあり、本人確認ができないという理由でのチケットの当日払戻は不可能です。
- 本人の名義ではない他人のIDでチケットをご購入いただいた場合、
身分証と証憑書類を持参しても予約者の名義と実観覧者の名義が異なりますので、ご入場いただけません。
予約の際に、必ず実観覧者の名義でご予約ください。(家族間譲渡及び直系家族の購入不可能)
- 身分証の捏造が疑われる事例が多々あります。
捏造が疑われる場合、追加証憑による本人確認手続きが行われることがございますので、予めご了承ください。
[チケット配送及び受取の案内]
- 公演当日、混雑を避けるため初期予約分は一括配送方式で運営されます。
* 一括配送日 : 2024年 １０月 １６日 （水）
- 一括配送日以降の予約の件は、公演当日、現場でご受取いただけます。
- お客様の不在により返送されたチケットは公演当日、現場のチケット売り場でお受け取りください。
- 配送されたチケットはインターネットでのキャンセルができません。
配送されたチケットをチケットリンク本社に返送し、受付が完了した後、キャンセルが可能になります。
- 配送されたチケットを含むすべての受領チケットは紛失及び破損の場合、再発券及びキャンセル/払い戻しが不可能で、
いかなる理由でもチケットをお持ちでない場合、ご入場及びご観覧いただけません。チケットの保管にご注意お願いいたします。
